Science Club are ALL SPACED OUT!
……….and, Mrs Baxter, we DO teach Rocket Science at Riverbank!!
Science club has been studying space. We focused on astronauts, aliens, and rockets. During our session at Satrosphere we built our own rockets using film canisters with tight-fitting lids, vitamin C tablets and water. We drew designs on paper and wrapped it around the canisters to make our rockets more interesting. Some of the rockets went really high in the air!
Mrs Baxter’s now really worried as she is often heard to say, “I don’t teach rocket science!” Maybe now the Science Club Scientists can teach her about Rocket Science!
