Riverbank has its very own Dancing Queen!

A very proud young pupil with plaque, medal and smashing photograph!

We love to celebrate success at Riverbank. That success may be in the classroom for work that’s been completed very well or it may be for homework. It may even be for sporting success in and out of school, but wherever and whenever that success comes we just love to hear about it.

One of our Primary 1 pupils came to show me some souvenirs from her success at dancing. Our young lady attends Miss Natalie’s dance class where she is learning to dance in a number of different styles. She recently participated in some competitions and she won a lovely medal for her performance in ballet. In addition to her medal she brought me a photograph of her in her ballet tutu and a ‘wee’ plaque to tell of her success..

She has, most certainly, developed her talents. She has promised me that she will let us know how she gets on in her next competitions.
