Primary 2 Enter Easter Bonnet Competition
Your Vote Can Help Primary 2 Win A Hobbycraft Classroom Hamper!!!!
Our primary 2s in Mrs Wood’s class have been extremely busy designing and making a very Easter eggstra special Easter Bonnet. They have entered a competition run by Hobbycraft at Union Square. They are hoping their Hen on a Head creation will top the poll and that they’ll win a hamper…no not of eggs, but of Hobbycraft goodies so that they can make further fantastic creations.
The children used all sorts of materials to construct their Easter Bonnet. The centrepiece, right on the top, is a most amazing hen which seems to have laid lots of eggs. The hen is made of a gorgeous gingery shade of faux fur. (No animals were hurt in the making of this bonnet!!!)
The eggs in the nest under the hen on this fantastic Easter Bonnet were designed by the pupils of Primary 2 and every child in the class designed an egg for the hen. There are also some beautiful butterflies and rabbits too, as part of their creation.
BUT…..to win, Primary 2 needs your help. Voting for the entries is in Hobbycraft and you can cast your votes…only for Riverbank’s P2s, of course, from Saturday 14 March until Sunday 22 March. So, please get yourself along to Hobbycraft in Union Square and cast your vote for the Riverbank Easter Bonnet.
We’ll keep you posted as to how well they have done. Hopefully, we’ll have some winning news to share with you all!
