Countdown to School Information
This morning, we had a very successful and hectic first session of Countdown to School. I 
had an opportunity to meet so many of the children who will be joining Primary 1 at Riverbank in August. I have made up a slide show of the PowerPoint which we went through, with parents, at our meeting last week. Hopefully, this will keep you up to date with what we’ll be doing with our new Primary 1s over the next five weeks. We look forward to many exciting mornings as the children get to know us and we get to know them.

Article 28 – Every child has the right to an education…..
Article 29 – Education must develop every chi;d’s personality, talents and abilities to the full. It must encourage the child’s respect for human rights, as well as respect for their parents, their own and other cultures, and the environment.
Article 31 – Every child has the right to relax, play and take part in a wide range of cultural and artisitic activities.
