P6P Enjoy an Egyptian Feast
Mr Probart’s class have been exploring another aspect of Our Ancient World for their IDL topic. Unlike the P3s, they aren’t studying the Romans…..they’re studying the Ancient Egyptians.
All the usual and fascinating topics have been covered, including pyramids and mummies and canopic jars!
One of the highlights of the topic was an Egyptian feast or banquet which the children had in their classroom. The children tried some figs and dates, some flat bread and meats as well as salad.
They had a great time.
