Easter Assembly & Easter Egg Hunt

Riverbank celebrated Easter with a very special Easter Assembly this morning, Thursday 18 April 2019.

We were delighted to be joined by John and Abi from The Lighthouse who provided the musical accompaniment for our singing. John led on the guitar with Abi on keyboard.

The Easter Story was told by our Primary 7 readers as well as in a Lego video. John helped us by explaining the meaning behind the story.

The Riverbank Glee Group performed, in very cramped conditions, the two songs they had presented at the Glee Contest.

During the course of the day, several classes from the nursery and early stages joined in various East Egg Hunts. Mrs Arqued has posted some lovely photographs on her class blog and I have attached a link so you can view them yourself.

The picture to the left shows a rather excited fiend of an Easter Egg!
