Riverbank is lucky to have extra PE time at the Aberdeen Sports Village. This is sponsored by Saltire Energy, Aberdeen Sports Village and Aberdeen University. The children are able to enjoy a wide range of sporting activities from table tennis to dance mat and swimming to hockey and many more.<\/p>\n

It just so happens that \u00a0I met Primary 3B leaving to go to the Sports Village this morning. They were to participate in athletics. They coaches at the Sports Village gave the children a chance to try throwing the javelin…..foam ones!!!…and long jump as well as some other athletic activities. The children returned to school and said how much they had enjoyed themselves.<\/p>\n
