\"Picture1\"Our roving reporter Mrs Tinto sent us the latest update on our efforts for Sport Relief 2016.<\/p>\n

‘It\u2019s been Sport Relief 2016 at Riverbank Primary! And we have all been joining together \u2013 pupils, teachers, parents, athletes and celebrities to raise money for Sport Relief on Friday 18th<\/sup> March.\u00a0 This year\u2019s Sport Relief was all about doing something that you are proud of\u2026 whatever that might be.\u00a0 Once again our Riverbank pupils have done us proud by stepping up to the challenge of running a mile (or two) in their PE lessons.\u00a0 For every pupil who participated and ran their mile local businesses donated \u00a31 to Sports Relief.\u00a0 Well done Riverbank Primary, we ran 270 miles and raised \u00a3270 in one week for Sports Relief! And a big thank you to Aberdeen North BNI group who donated the cash!’<\/p>\n

Fantastic news for us all. Our super-fit pupils have run 270 miles and raised \u00a0\u00a3270 for Sport Relief. Thanks to all of the pupils who worked so hard to raise the money and a special than you to Mrs Tinto for organising the event and the sponsorship to go with it! You should\u00a0ALL<\/strong> be proud of your achievement!<\/p>\n
