During Health Fortnight at Riverbank, one of the activities which some of the children were able to try out was Tai Chi. I saw a class at Tai Chi as I was heading upstairs in the two storey block. The children were concentrating hard on what the instructor was telling them to do as they carried out the exercises. I took a quick snap and loved the shadow effects. I hope you like the photo, too.<\/p>\n
