The children from Mrs Smith’s class were invited to the indoor tennis centre at the Westburn Park to try out table tennis and have a starter on tennis. The boys were able to participate in an number of activities before heading on to the table tennis tables.<\/p>\n

The development of their hand eye coordination was amazing in table tennis- from hitting \u2018fresh air\u2019 with the bat, at the start of the session to being able to play against one another after 1 hour of coaching!!<\/p>\n

You’ll see from our slideshow how much the children engaged and enjoyed this opportunity to participate in another sport.<\/p>\n

Mrs Smith was so proud of our pupils as she said that the boys had listened well, behaved extremely well and were a real credit to the school!!<\/p>\n
