Primary 1Mc have had a great time this past term finding out all about castles. As part of their topic, they built a castle in the classroom and even visited a castle.<\/p>\n

I was very impressed with the crowns and tiaras the children made as part of their project. There is a previous article on this website showing some of the crowns and tiaras.<\/p>\n

As they approached the end of term the pupils decided that they would like to wind up their term’s work with something exciting. They decided that they would like to have a feast. The theme for the feast was to be princesses and knights.<\/p>\n

I was fortunate enough to receive an invitation to the feast and toddled along to see how things were going. The children were having a fantastic time and there was some good healthy food on the table, too.<\/p>\n

What a lovely end to a well-enjoyed topic and one that provided lots of different learning experiences.<\/p>\n
