Tuning in at Home!

On our return from the summer holidays, Mrs Ironside and I were meeting in her office when we had a visitor. The young lady came to show us something she made with her dad during the rainy holidays.

If I were to give you 100 guesses, I’d bet you’d never guess what she made. So, to save lots of time, I’ll tell you. This clever young lady and her clever dad made a radio together from an electronics kit. Yes! A radio! And it worked. She tuned it in and we were able to listen to Northsound.

What a super thing to do when the weather’s not very good. Well done to them both. I wonder what their next project will be???!!!
