Taco Tuesday!
At Riverbank we’re always keen to ensure that our pupils sample healthy food and, importantly, that our pupils sample different kinds of food.
In the dining room some children are reluctant to try some of the new meals which are on offer. Even some adults I know are reluctant to try new food. So, because of this we, as teachers, often take the opportunity to give our pupils the chance to try new foods.
A recent Tuesday became Taco Tuesday in the Link Room! Mrs Smith’s pupils were able to try tacos in the class.
By the looks of things, the tacos looked quite delicious and I’m disappointed that I didn’t have an invitation to join in this fantastic food tasting event. Maybe next time!
