Riverbank Visits Pittodrie!

Aberdeen Football Club invited Riverbank to send a group of children to see ‘behind the scenes’ at ‘Todders’. As this was a very special opportunity, it was decided that a group of upper stages pupils be given the chance to attend rather than just a single class going for the visit. Miss Hampton, our acting depute for upper stages, organised this visit. Pupils were asked if they would like to go on the visit and then names were drawn out of a hat to decide who actually went. Strangely…Miss Hampton’s name emerged from the hat but mine didn’t! The lucky pupils had a great time seeing round the stadium and visited the dressing rooms and boot rooms as well as hearing more about the club.

What a fantastic trip!

I have made up a slideshow of our pupils on the trip. A special thank you to Gail and Jennifer, two of our PSAs, who acted as photographers for the trip!
