This Christmas has seen our knitting groups, under the guidance of Mrs Leith, knitting up some lovely Christmas novelties. I’ve had a few visitors come a calling to let me see what they have produced at their knitting sessions. Sad to say, I am rather jealous of their great work, as I was never much of a knitter myself.
The knitted snowman was very cute and then two further callers had knitted miniature Christmas stockings, crocheted the hanger, decorated them with tinsel and filled them with some sweets!
Well done to our youngsters and their knitting and thanks to Mrs Leith for supporting the pupils.
