A New Year Pantomime!

Evil Jafar from M&Ms Aladdin.

Primaries 1-7 were treated to M&M Theatrical Productions’ version of Aladdin. Their lovely scenery and music along with lots of slapstick humour resulted in a great afternoon’s entertainment. This production had an evil Jafar who wanted the magic lamp and who tried to spoil the happiness of Aladdin and Jasmine. Everyone was thoroughly entertained and there was lots of joining in with clapping and singing.

Just as an end note to this post, the Primary 7s at Riverbank had put on a splendid performance of Aladdin Trouble before Christmas and I wondered what they thought of this performance. Personally, I felt our P7s’ version stuck more closely to the original story.
