LIFT is a group which allows you time out for yourself. You can explore and try out new things and surprise yourself with what you really can do! Why not go along, meet new friends, become more confident and gain new skills. The poster below will give you more information in what’s available and, even better, there’s a LIFT Group right on your doorstep. Riverbank hosts a LIFT Group every Wednesday from 1.30pm-3.30pm.
